O'Brien, 44, an NBC Universal program executive, collapsed and died of
a brain aneurysm while playing basketball on the set of Parenthood. Ms. O'Brien came to NBC from the Sci Fi Channel, where she was Vice President Of Original Programming, working on shows like Battlestar Galactica.
