I remember reading a while ago that the physiological stages of labour can sometimes mimic arousal and that orgasm is a legitimate form of pain relief for some. So, hey, if you're able to get off during labour, why not? Anything to get the little bastard out of there, I reckon.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Of course, I'm never going to have any children, so I'm speaking from a purely hypothetical stance.&lt;/p&gt;
