Juliet. Because she speaks softly and carries a big gun. And is perfectly capable of bashing a guy around the head, then picking up his gun and saying (very softly) "Turn this sub around". Without even breaking a sweat. Kate is all smoke and no fire.

Juliet, because she has become the show's other moral center (after Hurley). And because she, unlike Kate, is not ENTIRELY USELESS.

Also, Elizabeth Mitchell is the hotness and has a way with an eyebrow.
