that headline is not a joke. And no, the taser was not an
extra-special, just-for-kids mini-taser, nor was it a fake taser, nor
was it even one of those electro-shock collars people put on their dogs
yappy / disobedient dogs, because it wasn't a taser at all. It was, in
fact, a stun gun which, to clarify, requires direct contact with the
body and which delivers a whopping 50,000 volt shock which, in this case,
"sent at least two of [the children] sprawling to the floor, crying out
in pain and clutching at agonising burns on their arms."
