Everybody knows that a big part of working
out is casually mentioning that you just totally worked out. At least
that's how it is for me (and by the way I just totally worked out). But
because I am a child of the '80s, I physically cannot write or say the
phrase "get in shape" without adding "girl" on the end of it. Thanks,
