Apparently,
there was only one thing worth paying attention to during Monday
night's State of the Union speech, and not only did everyone outside
the building miss it, but we're just hearing about it now.
According to the Boston Globe,
when Herr Bush entered the lobby of the House of Representatives,
openly gay Massachusetts Congressman Barney Frank was on the phone with
his boyfriend. "Oh," said the unelected President, caressing the
Congressman's shoulder, "Tell him I say hello."
