Anna Nobili now performs "The Holy Dance" at Jerusalem Basilica in Rome, but it isn't the only dance she's been known to do. The 38-year-old was a lap dancer for years in Italian nightclubs before her mother turned her on to the Lord.
Anna sported a rather different look in her lap-dancing days...
She was moved a few years ago to her life touring prisons and hospitals with her Christian modern dance after Jesus appeared to her. "At first I didn't want to know, but then Jesus appeared to me too, and I fell in love with him," she told BBC World Service.
We're just wondering how well modern dance of any kind goes over in prisons...
