We're calling out the Times Square-tourist-photo-fixture Naked Cowboy on false advertising. He's not naked at all; he wears tighty whiteys, a cowboy hat, and boots. He may even sport multiple pairs of tightey-whiteys at once, depending on the season. Naked Cowboy may be guilty of overexposure (so we shan't even run his photo here), but not nudity.
The Austin cross-dressing vagrant Leslie Cochran (above), on the other hand, is a lot closer to nakey.
Here's our spotting of him in his natural habitat last month.
At first glance, he appeared to be completely pantsless, but he did have on a thong.
"Oh, you saw Leslie," we were told by locals. Leslie has run for mayor twice and Wikipedia says he's "an outspoken critic for the treatment of the homeless in the downtown Austin area."
Dude likes to dress like a lady in a thong and heels, but identifies as a man, except on his MySpace page, where he's listed as female. Maybe you'll have to look for him to ask him yourself, then be sure to send him a photo of yourselves together for him to add to the profile.
