VIA THE REMOTE ISLAND: Disclaimer: For a midseason replacement, Holly did just fine.  She’d only had 6 days of rehearsal time prior to her debut cha-cha.  And we tend to find these early Dancing With the Stars Performances super duper 7th grade cotillion awkward, anyway.  Also, that outfit looked great on her.  Not 7th grade cotillion at all.  She did fine.
