In July of 2007, Steven Bartley and his lady friend took two men home from a local bar. They smoked some drugs, and Bartley supposedly passed out while is partner gave one of the other men head. When the third man, Steven Jones, tried to join in the fun, however, the woman got upset and woke Bartley, who then ordered the men to leave.
But when Jones refused ("I’m not leaving until I have sex with your missus."), Bartley decided he'd just throw him out. Literally.
After 15 minutes of arguing and a phone call to police, Bartley said “he lost it” and shoved Jones over the balcony. Jones landed on his head and was treated for a fractured skull and hematoma at an area hospital.
Bartley received two and a half years in prison, with his sentence to be suspended after six months.
