She is pretty evil, but she's not a criminal.  The girl's parents have a good claim for money damages, but that's all.  The prosecution is an abuse of the statute -- how can violating TOS by creating fake information be a crime?  Are they going to prosecute every match.com guy who lies about his height or woman who lies about her age?  The U.S. Attorney in LA is a grandstanding jerkoff.  If the trial judge doesn't reverse the conviction, I think there's a great chance the Ninth Circuit will.
