Scarlett Johansson And Her Lips Grace the Italian GQ

Posted by Emily Farris

Scarlett Johansson did an incredibly hot photo shoot for last month's Italian GQ and no one bothered to tell us? We have to say, we're a little surprised neither of the Bry/ians found it. Lucky for them, and for you, Scanner Emily is on it.

As Popoholic points out, the photographs seem mostly focused on her lips, though what ScarJo spread would be complete without some cleavage shots?

We're a little worried about Scanner Brain, who said after we showed him these pictures, "Hm, not really my thing." Because even I, Scanner Emily — who is generally attracted to hairy, overweight men — need a cold shower after looking at these. But I'm sure listening to her Tom Waits cover album would kill the mood, too.

UPDATE: Apparently these pictures are recycled from an old photo shoot. But they're still hot.

These photographs are all from the Esquire shoot when she was "The Sexiest Woman Alive." Pretty embarrassing that Italian GQ had to run two year old photos done by Esquire.

That is kind-of sad. And disappointing. Good to know.

I am sure that the photos you posted are from the Esquire shoot. They show part of the photos in the lead-up, and then they print the whole photos in the issue that reveals the sexiest woman alive(which I proudly own). Those photos are burned into my filthy mind forever.

I went to the popoholic article, and it looks like they did have some original photos from Italian GQ, though.

Oh right. What a bummer. I wonder what she thinks of all these various photos being made to look like one shoot.

"Not really your thing?"

"NOT REALLY YOUR THING?!!!"

I don't care how many times these pictures may have appeared in how many different venues, unless "your thing" walks around with a soft, dangly collection of objects in its trousers, you are required by the laws of God and physics to recognize the hotness inherent in those photos. Required, I say!

I'm going out right now to buy my wife a pair of those 70's-era gym shorts, and by God she's gonna put them on and shave her legs in the kitchen sink or...or...well, I don't know what.

I'm a bit worked up right now.

In all fairness, we think he was kidding and we were just giving him a hard time. But yeah.

Eh, not really my thing.  And no, I'm not kidding.

I was talking about completely different pictures. I Googled "Scarlett Johansson GQ 2008" and got some really boring-ass pictures on the GQ site, which may also be part of the set.

Nonetheless, the only one that's really hot here is the wafer-eating one. That makes it all worthwhile...
