Uh,  here comes a couple we were sure had broken up already off to the California Justice of the Peace to do some marrying. according to Scanner Katie (and the bride herself), Ellen and Portia are hitching it up soon thanks to California's legalization of gay marriage.

Because, now, we're apparently into this LOL Cat bullshit. Here's a little LOLesbian photography for the wedding.

Top photo, Is Ellen copping a side feel and could Portia's face look any more plastic?  Whatever, congrats to them and anyone else who can now legally perform a religious ritual.  California courts, another step ahead of the rest of the country.  Now, if they could only get rid of the loyalty oath required to be employed by the state.
