Who Would You Rather, Celebrity Chef Edition: Gordon Ramsay vs. Bobby Flay?

Posted by Emily Farris

Hell's Kitchen with Ramsay or a Throwdown with Flay?

As far as we here at Scanner are concerned (and by "we" I mean me, Scanner Emily), there is nothing sexier than a man who knows his way around the kitchen. The only thing that could possibly be sexier is if said man also knows his way around the female body, is brilliant, and has a beard. While neither of this week's Who Would You Rather? contestants regularly sport facial hair (probably more hygienic that way), both have complete control of their kitchens and are brilliant at what they do. We can only hope they know how to handle a female body as well as they can handle a lamb shank, you know, minus the cutting.

So, which celebrity chef would you rather have cook you dinner and then help you burn off the calories in bed: Gordon Ramsay or Bobby Flay?

Scanner Emily's full disclosure: I'm a Flay girl, all the way, and not only because he contributed an Eggplant Parmesan recipe to my upcoming cookbook. He's just so damn cute. And "Boy Meets Grill?" Come on!

Anthony Bourdain. Is there even a question?

Plus Bobby Flay is married to the DA from Law & Order and I don't want her throwing the book at me. Not to mention he sucks.

no doubt about it...Gordon Ramsey.

Flay.  He finds joy in competition--which means he'd try real hard to make it good for you.

umm..neither, I worked at a party Flay threw and he is a total douche, Ramsay I love, but he is terrifyingly manic.

I voted Flay, but only because for me it would be one of those grudge fuck situations. I don't like him so much (the aforementioned douchebagness; it comes across on screen IMO), but I think his intensity would be interesting in bed.

Like Tartuffed, I'd really prefer Bourdain. *sigh*

Bobby Flay for sure; Gordon Ramsay wouldn't like the way you toss his salad

I'm with tartuffed, Anthony Bourdain. (though my boyfriend will be annoyed.)

Ramsay is an ass, and yeah, that sells or whatever, but it's too much gone too far.

Bobby Flay just... never did it for me.  I'm sure he's, y'know, perfectly adequate and everything and all, but just not for me.

if i were in that situation: gordon ramsay. the man strives for perfection in the kitchen so i'd like to think that he also strives for perfection in knowing his way around the female form...

that is, if he were not married with a five-year-old.

Gordon Ramsay, twice.  At least twice before dinner, a sleepy third go afterwards, more before breakfast (which he would make from leftovers from the night before) and one more time after.  :D
