Caption This: Paris Hilton Visits An Orphanage

Posted by Emily Farris

Paris Hilton recently visited an orphanage in South Africa. Didn't she once say she was going to visit Rwanda? Maybe she took a wrong turn? Anyway, more pictures of Paris autographing pictures of herself in a leather corset after the jump — because that's exactly what these poor, parentless children need.

I really love how her publicist is spinning this as a "good deed" and that she "wasn't content to sit backstage" while her boyfriend was in South Africa doing a rock concert.  Because handing out XEROXED photos of yourself (you'd think she could have at least given them glossies) and "hugs" is a really great thing to do.  That's exactly what those kids needed.

Paris:  "You guys are SURE these kids have been washed, right? Like, totally SCRUBBED?  I swear if I get infected with, like, malabia or something, I am TOTALLY gonna sue somebody."

"Alright Paris. Just pretend she's one of your dogs and you can get through this. Oh my God I can't believe I'm touching like--a negro or something. I'm totally gonna get black people germs!"

Alright kids. Go and hug the skinny white lady or it's back in the basement for all of you. She paid a lot of money to get you little urchins out here.
