I’m going to try and actually post a few things people can, you know, afford after this, but holy crap, who wouldn’t want a Levitating Hover Scooter for the Holidays?
Hammacher Schlemmer, of “Wow, I don’t need that, but I want that” fame has released a vehicle that is simultaneously more awesome, and dorkier than the Segway. Essentially, it’s a giant disk that floats over ground that you ride at 15 miles an hour. And it floats. Did I mention that you’ll be floating through the air?
It is pretty large, so it’s probably not for those of us with a tiny NYC apartment, but for those of you who live in the ‘burbs, it’s the perfect thing for the guy on your list who likes to float around the neighborhood while walking the dog.
