Scanner Taking Nominations for "Scanner's Top 10 Hottest Women in the World"

Scanner is serious about taking nominations for Scanner's Top 10 Hottest Women in the World. On Scanner Emily's list: “Jenny Lewis, Rilo Kiley frontwoman, child actor and even better solo artist.”

And it’s on! From ScarJo to Charlotte Rampling to…Faye Wong?...the noms are pouring in. Leave your brilliant suggestions in Scanner’s comments section. (I’m all for Thandie Newton. Even if she has gotten disturbingly skinny.)

And after you answer…Did you ever play the ol’ college game where people ask you to name, in your opinion, the hottest male and female celebrities?

So you name them.

And then – insert dramatic shoe-drop thud! here — the person asking the questions reveals that you only chose that celebrity because they look the most like you.

Which happened about 80% of the time. Except for me. I’m so proud to report I look absolutely nothing like the utterly gorgeous Thandie Newton.

Oh, nothing's wrong with Faye Wong! My ignorant ass didn't know who she was (not featured as much as ol' ScarJo in US Weekly, I guess). But thankfully we have a ton of smart, well-rounded readers who do. And now I know she's talented, hot...and can sing the hell outta "Bohemian Rhapsody."
