Anyway, for those of you who are interested in what this champagne is, and why it's so expensive, Diadema Diamante is a champagne which would cost a pretty penny regardless of its label. However, it is the label that jacks up the price:

Happy Hour: Taste Testing Your Champagne

I'm not a huge fan of Champagne, except when it's mixed with other things, as in Bellinis and Mimosas. Still, it's that time of year, and I feel obligated to toss back a glass at the stroke of midnight.
