Thanksgiving Tip: Potato Pie

My mother recently taught me how to make potato pie, a dish she serves every Thanksgiving. If you're looking for a last-minute side dish to bring to this years family fete, it's easy enough to whip up, and is tres delicious.

Unfortunately, I don't have a picture to share with you, so you'll just have to use your imagination. It's good. Trust me.

Giving Thanks
