A little while ago, I told you about Glace luxury ice: the perfectly round, perfectly artesian, and perfectly snooty new way to chill your drink. And while I was completely scandalized that anyone would pay $8 for a cube of ice, I had to admit to myself that a 2.5" diameter ball of ice is pretty darned sweet.
