I want to talk to you about a serious epidemic sweeping the nation, nay, the world!  Two words: puffy nips.

Every day people seek out help regarding this problem but their pleas fall on deaf ears. Well, it looks like our friends in the Pacific overheard and decided to do something about it:

I find it somewhat hard to believe that these are actual products, but not so surprised that they are from Japan.

there are products like that available at american department stores. i used to work in the intimate apparel section of a department store, and we had them at the counter, and this was at least six years ago. no one ever bought them, though.
