Now, I'm not the biggest fan of Bourbon, or Whiskey. I'm a little bit of a baby, what can I say? But I tried this last weekend, and loved it. You get the nice smokey flavor of a bourbon, plus sweet, delicious honey. Everyone who tried it, loved it; though to be fair, they were all babies.
Anyway, cause I like you, here's a recipe to use it for, and pricing:
Irish Honey
Via Novus Vinum
1 1/2 oz. American Honey
1 1/2 oz. Jameson Irish Whiskey
In an ice-filled mixing glass, add ingredients and shake until well chilled. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass. Garnish with a lime pinwheel.
