For some reason, we MM bloggers have seemed to have developed a little contest for who can snag the Happy Hour post the fastest each day. In our little internal posting system that only we can see, we can save posts with clever titles that we edit before publishing. Titles like "Hah! Beat you to it!" and "This one is all mine!" dot our schedule, so I guess I shouldn't have been too surprised when Alex post-dated a post after I snagged the Happy Hour slot today with "It better be related to SATC." The product I was going to post about actually was not related to SATC, but of course, I had to find something to post about that was. I couldn't disappoint Alex, who is, apparently, a SATC fan. WHO KNEW?!

Anyway, for those of you who live in a cave, the Sex and the City movie is opening this weekend, and so, in honor of the big event, I bring you the recipe for Absolut Hunk: 

Absolut Hunk
Makes 1 serving

2 ounces vanilla vodka

1/2 ounce lime juice

1/2 ounce simple syrup *

1/4 ounce pineapple juice

Lime for garnish

Shake all ingredients well with ice. Strain into a glass. Garnish with a lime twist.

* Note: Create simple syrup by mixing equal parts water and fine sugar together. Stand mixture aside until it has dissolved.
