My griddle is probably my favorite kitchen item. I cook breakfast, lunch and dinner on it. Not every day, mind you, but it’s a lot of fun to cook on one, and feel like you’re some sort of professional griddle cooker. Especially with a small stove in a small apartment, it makes you feel like you have an entirely different set up than you do.
The griddle pictured above, though, shames me. Not only can you plug it into the wall, so you never need to turn on the stove, but as you can clearly see, where I can currently cook one pancake at a time, this griddle cooks three pancakes, has browns, eggs, and up to four slices of bacon. That means when you cook breakfast, you can actually cook everything at the same time, rather than slowly parsing it out to your hungry guests.
The griddle has a splatter guard and a grease tray, so you don’t have to worry about where to put your scalding bacon grease. And, it’s non-stick, stainless steel. Best of all? It’s not going to break the bank.
My current griddle should fear for its life.
