When you're right out of college, certain things are less important in a date and/or mate than when you're, say, ten years out of college. Having a car but no job is way less impressive at 32 than it is at 22, for example. Next month will mark a decade since I got my undergrad degree, and though I'm no longer looking for a guy (found him!), I can say with 100% confidence what women my age — or round-about — who are on the market are looking for in a guy:
